With Your Help, Chelsea's Footprints is assisting with the cost.
There is a little boy who lives in Sunapee NH. Let us call him Griffin. Griffin uses a wheelchair to get around and he also has a nine month old pooch who will be trained to assist him.
Chelsea's Footprints has been helping disabled animals and their families in many different ways. Today morning, I was thinking of expanding my charity's service and try to help with the training of animals who will then serve as medical alert - animals. As all other services, this would assist NH residents. This additional service will educate qualifying shelter animals as well as some local standard poodles.
I have been writing emails and calling people who could point me in the right direction. I needed to know the approximate cost of the training, learn the ins and outs of this special mission in order to prepare for fundraisers and answer any questions I might receive in the near future.
As it turns out, I was immediately connected to a little boy who lives in Sunapee, NH. He already has a dog (picture taken by Pawsitive Kinnections in Grantham, NH) but he needs to be trained. The trainer will be Dee Ganley. I am mailing the trainer one thousand dollars, and would love to collect two thousand dollars more to cover the expenses.
