Yoga and Pilates to Improve Pelvic Floor Function

Join us for this light-hearted workshop exploring how yoga and pilates practices can help in healing pelvic floor dysfunction. Many women (of all ages,) struggle in silence with incontinence, pain, and discomfort related to the health of their deep pelvic muscles and tissues. Low back and hip pain can also be linked to imbalance in these muscles, and this workshop might help with all kinds of related symptoms. 

The goal of this workshop is to demystify pelvic floor dysfunction and give women the tools to get back in action.
(Having some prior yoga &/or Pilates experience will be beneficial to participants)
