An Aerial Yoga class where students focus on areas of tension and use the aerial silks to access and open up the myofascial system. Each week we will work on different parts of the body creating a greater awareness of the fascial system. We will use breath work and meditation to help release deeper trauma and tension while in each myofascial hold. The silks will assist in creating a therapeutic tension while also lifting pressure of the students joints.
