Worth Knowing: Learn about B Corporations and the good they can do on December 16

Learn how to use business as a force for good! Have you seen the iconic B Corp logo at your favorite places? King Arthur Flour, Ben & Jerry’s, Skinny Pancake, SunCommon, Mascoma Bank, and the Optimist Center are just a few examples of companies that embrace supporting people and the planet on par with profit. Well, if you were wondering what the excitement about B Corps is all about you should join community organizer Becca White from the mission-driven solar company, SunCommon, at a fun and informational workshop on what it means to be a B Corp. Becca will be hosting this event at a fellow do-good business, The Optimist Center.
